Select a product
Choose the required quantity on the product page and click “Add to shopping cart”. Open your selection using the shopping-cart icon at the top right.

Review your shopping cart
Check the products, quantities and prices. You can change quantities or remove items. Any shipping costs and surcharges are displayed during checkout.

Proceed to checkout
Click “Checkout”. Sign in to your customer account or enter your customer details for the order. Carefully check both the billing and delivery address.

Choose payment and shipping
Select from the payment and shipping methods available during checkout. The options offered for your order are shown directly in the checkout.

Place your order
On the final overview, check the addresses, products, prices, quantities and payment method once more. Click “Place order with obligation to pay” to submit your order.

Receive confirmation
You will automatically receive an email documenting receipt of your order. Please keep it for your records.
Good to know
By submitting your order, you make an offer to enter into a purchase contract with us. The point at which the contract is concluded is explained in the relevant section of our Terms and Conditions. The automatic confirmation of receipt does not constitute acceptance of your offer. You will receive all customer information for your records no later than delivery.
