How you can pay at MagicPOS
Secure and convenient payment options for business customers.
Invoice via Mondu GmbH
Eligible business customers can purchase on account with a 30-day payment term, subject to a successful credit check. The invoice receivable is assigned to Mondu GmbH. After approval, your order is processed immediately and available goods are normally dispatched within 1–3 working days.
PayPal
Pay securely and quickly through PayPal using your email address and password. We receive an immediate payment confirmation, and eligible purchases are covered by PayPal Buyer Protection.
Amazon Pay
Sign in with your Amazon account and use a payment method stored there. The transaction is processed automatically and your invoice is sent by email.
Apple Pay
Select Apple Pay during checkout and confirm the payment securely on your Apple device. The transaction is processed automatically and your invoice is sent by email.
Advance payment
Transfer the invoice amount using the bank details sent after checkout. Please include your name and order number as the payment reference. Advance payments receive a 2% discount on the value of the goods.
Instant bank transfer via Mondu
Complete the transfer online during checkout through Mondu. Once the payment is approved, we can process your order immediately.
Instalment purchase via Mondu
Apply online during checkout and receive a decision in real time. Choose 3, 6 or 12 monthly instalments where available. Terms, interest and any service fees are shown before completion.

How much does delivery cost?
Shipping charges for orders placed through our online shop:
- Germany: €7.90 net plus 19% VAT
- German islands: additional island surcharge of €10.00 net plus 19% VAT
- Austria: €20.00 net
- Netherlands: €20.00 net
- Switzerland: €29.00 net for goods below €1,000; €119.00 net from €1,000 including MRN registration
- Belgium: €20.00 net
- Italy: €20.00 net

When will your order arrive?
Each product includes an availability notice. Products marked “24 hours” and ordered before 5 pm on a working day are usually delivered within Germany on the next working day when paid by PayPal or approved invoice. Advance-payment orders can only be dispatched after payment has been received.
- Germany: approximately 1–3 days
- Austria: approximately 3–5 days
- Netherlands: approximately 3–5 days
- Switzerland: approximately 4–7 days
